Thornlite Pty Ltd, was established in 1991 and our CEO, Jan van Vuuren has more than 35 years of experience in the lighting industry. We have succesfully completed over 100 lighting projects completed in commerce and industrial fields.

Osram South Africa is the premier lamp technology company in RSA. They’ve been in our country for 40 years and are world renowned for: research and development, technical support and backup.
Eskom is currently busy with evaluation and funding. There is R 5 billion available to fund every saving initiatives in and across South Africa. This funding project will be implemented for the next two years.
We have developed a lighting family with Osram, Rabro and Sturdy. This family possesses the status of the largest fluorescent manufacturers in Southern Africa.
